VPÚ DECO PRAHA a.s. was established in 1993 when Vojenský projektový ústav (founded in 1951) was privatized.

VPÚ DECO PRAHA a.s. (joint-stock company) is a complex design company which provides all kinds and steps of designs beginning with the preliminary studies to the detailed designs and technical supervisions during construction period of the project. The company´s principle is maximum self-sufficiency without dependence on external cooperation. Highly specified professions only are cooperated with external designers. The company organisation system is adapted to all needs of designs elaboration and projects supervision. Both the land surveying division and printery & copying division are integral parts of the Company.
