The reconstruction includes a central representative space of the office building – entrance foyer with the primary service for residents. The foyer is designed barrier-free as well as the whole building. To increase the capacity, there is a new layout concept with a variable workplace arrangements and a courtyard extension next to the south-east wing of the existing construction.
