The FILADELFIE office building, the above-ground section of which has seventeen stories, was conceived from the start as the focal point of the area. People are able to visit a shopping centre, a food court and a public car park. The building which should improve the public services, parking and traffic problems in its surroundings is to become the new administrative centre in the area and the architectural highlight of the BB Centre development project. The building has been designed espacially as the UniCredit Bank haedquarters.
