The new ČSOB Group headquarters is a multi-purpose administrative building with demands on the flexibility of 2 400 office units. The roofs accommodate the necessary plant maintaining the environment inside the building and green areas. The building has been erected directly above the Radlická metro station which is spanned over in the underground stories by a bridge structure. The building was awarded a prize: Golden Rating - Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
